Bigfoots in Upper Alabama
Bigfoots are a part of upper Alabama, it's ecosystems and cultural lore, as equally as they are a part of Lower Alabama. Many of the titles listed here link to reports that describe more than one bigfoot sighting or encounter. Many reports include multiple witnesses. Some reports even involve more than one bigfoot. Animals do not recognize human political borders. Many of bigfoot populations likely occupy territories that straddle both side of the borders between Alabama and neighboring states. If you live in a border county, you may want to research bigfoot sighting reports in counties just across the state line. There are many additional bigfoot sighting reports that have not been, and may never be, published in books or on the internet. Most bigfoot sightings and encounters go unreported do to threat of ridicule from family and friends, and do to the threat of loss of community social status and even employment. Maybe it is time the witnesses turn the ridicule back on the those who have not yet seen a bigfoot. If you see one or more Alabama bigfoots, please write down everything you remember of the event . Then report your sighting to the Alabama Bigfoot website at www.alabamabigfoot.com, to your local Alabama Conservation Officer, to your local law enforcement, and to a National Forest Ranger if you were on Federal land. If you see or encounter any bigfoots in other areas of North America, please report them to local, state, regional, and national bigfoot research groups. Many of these websites are listed on the Bigfoot Research Websites page of this website.. Also please report your bigfoot sightings to your state’s Wildlife Conservation Department. The information provided by your report will assist your state’s bigfoot population management research. You can find a list of state government Wildlife Conservation Departments on the Bigfoots and Government page of this website. Also please report your bigfoot sightings to the Anthropology or Primatology Departments of nearby colleges and universities. The information provided by your report will assist their studies of bigfoot biology, ecology, and behavior. Click here to view a list of university and college Anthropology Departments. If you obtain clear and obvious photos or videos of bigfoots, please also submit them to a primatologist, anthropologist, biologist, or instructor at the nearest university, college, or high school. If you find apparent bigfoot bones, skulls, hair, or body parts, please deliver them to
a primatologist, anthropologist, biologist, or instructor at the nearest university, college, or high school. You might also send your report to your local newspaper's Letter to the Editor column with encouragement to others to report their own sightings.
